About Us

Jennifer Gerhardt is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant specializing in assisting individuals and privately-owned businesses with their tax, accounting and estate planning needs.

She graduated from the University of Regina in 2004, and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2007.  Since obtaining her designation, she has worked in public practice with a focus on owner-managed businesses, has worked with students of the CA School of Business, and sits on various committees of non-profit organizations.

Lisa Filice is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant who specializes in working with privately-owned companies and self-employed individuals. In 2001, she received the Early Achievement Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (now CPA Alberta) in recognition of her volunteer work with not-for-profit organizations. Lisa continues to volunteer with various not-for-profit organizations in Alberta. She loves to travel and is fluent in French and Spanish.

James Filice is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Professional Accountant who has been a member of several medium sized and regional firms in his career.  He has spent a substantial portion of his public practice career working with small to medium sized and owner- managed businesses, focused on the areas of audit, assurance, tax, and advisory services.  

James also spent three years with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA), where he was the manager of Practice Review and CA Training Offices for the ICAA.  ICAA Practice Review monitored all ICAA member firms to ensure they met national and provincial professional standards for Chartered Accountants.
